We aim to offer One 2 One Appointments to the first 200 companies* that register to attend as delegates at EIConnect Oil & Gas.
1 The number of speaker companies committed to the event at the time of arranging appointment slots and whether they are all prepared to open such appointments
2 The amount of slots a speaker company can offer (one speaker needs regular breaks whereas more than two can cover each other)
Delegates registered to attend EIConnect understandably regard One 2 One appointments with the speaker companies as one of the main reasons for attending, however, please do not book your delegate place(s) solely for this reason as we cannot guarantee all companies will receive their required appointment slots. We regret that we will not offer refunds to attending delegates who do not achieve their desired appointments with speaker companies.
Each appointment is strictly 15 minutes long and the number of delegates that can attend each appointment is limited to two.
*Appointments are per company, regardless of how many delegates from each company have registered to attend.
Any remaining appointments left after the first 200 companies have been offered 3 appointments each will be offered to companies registered in the order that their bookings were received. For example, the 201st company registered will be the next company offered appointments.
We will inform all registered companies of their place on the list at the time of receiving their booking by email and aim to confirm appointments two weeks prior to the event.
All speaker companies are allotted a maximum of 6 one hour slots and will deliver their presentation for approx 20minutes during each session. Delegates who are keen to make enquiries with them should do so in the 40minutes or so before their next presentation.
