What is EIConnect?
EIConnect is a B2B supply chain event whose audience predominantly wants to find out how to do business with the leading operators, EPC contractors and major contractors in the Oil & Gas industry. Attendees either choose to book as full delegates or as Visitors. Each of the speaker companies will present their current and future project plans and purchasing policies from one of up to 10 purpose built theatres where they deliver their presentations simultaneously across the two days.
There will be approximately 80 stands available ranging from 6m² - 20m² for all tiers of the supply chain to showcase new products and innovative technology, positioning themselves alongside their industry peers and ensuring there is a diverse mixture of companies in one place for the operators and contractors to visit.
What is included in the cost of exhibiting?
EIConnect provides suppliers with an unrivalled platform to showcase themselves alongside the leading companies on a level playing field.
All Exhibitors will receive:-
50 Word entry into Event Programme under ‘Exhibiting Companies’ and company name listed on our ‘You Are Here’ Floor Plan displayed within the hall entrance
Direct Link on our event website (directed from www.the-eic.com which receives approximately 180,000 hits per month) to yours via your logo prominently positioned under our ‘Exhibiting Companies’ header’.
The opportunity for you to promote your presence at EIConnect by using our logo and your stand details when sending out information to new and existing clients
Preferential rates on accommodation, additional stand services and other sponsorship services available
2 x Visitor places included in every stand, worth at least £160.00 each
Can I book space only?
All stands above 20m² can be booked on a space only basis, however as there are two types of ‘ready to exhibit’ stand packages available which offer fantastic value for money, we anticipate the need for space only to be minimal. Space only is available on sites 20m² and over for £200.00+VAT per square metre and includes 2x Visitor Places and 50 word catalogue entry.
All space only Exhibitors are responsible for carpeting the hall floor within their allotted stand space, for arranging suitable dividing wall panels between the stand and adjoining sites to at least 2.5m high.
Can I access the speaker presentations or do I have to man my stand?
Companies taking part as Exhibitors are ‘Visitors with a stand’ and unlike a conventional exhibition, Visitor access is not free at EIConnect events. All guests primarily attend EIConnect to listen to the speaker presentations and seek out new business opportunities with these companies. By taking a stand, this allows your company to align with those presenting and showcases your products and services on a level playing field. For these reasons stand holders are actively encouraged to take part in the presentations and we are offering all stand packages with Visitor passes included as appropriate.
We encourage all Exhibitors to get fully involved in the event. The buyers are already in the hall (speaker companies) so it makes sense to sit in as many of the presentations as possible. There is however 2 x Visitor passes included in every stand to enable each company to be available for any potential enquiries.
Can I bring additional colleagues to man the stand/ run demonstrations on our stand?
Additional Visitor places can be purchased for a reduced fee. Please refer to the Shell Scheme Booking Form for further details.
Can I bring children to the exhibition?
Under 16’s are not admitted to EIConnect events.
How do I book a stand?
FAX, POST or EMAIL your completed Shell Scheme Booking Form or Enhanced Scheme Booking Form
How will I receive confirmation of my stand booking?
All spaces will be limited and we anticipate a large interest in exhibition space therefore if space is not available, a waiting list will be created. You will be contacted by either telephone or email to confirm the stands available.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via credit card, cheque, BACS and CHAPS, either at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice.
When should I pay for the stand?
A 100% invoice will be raised to cover your stand booking. 50% payment must be made upon receipt of invoice to secure your stand, with the remainder due within 30 days of receiving your invoice. Bookings received within 30 days of the event must be paid for at the time of booking.
Can you help with a Visa Application to attend the show?
Overseas Visitors are welcome to come to the event, but due to administration pressures we cannot enter into any correspondence with regards to visa applications. We suggest that any Visitor requiring a visa contact their local Embassy.
